By choosing to participate in our Duty Day Program, you simply sign up to spend a day at the office and you can land a potential lead! Each day of the month, we assign one of our willing Realtors® to be "on duty." On that day, any walk-in leads go directly to the Realtor® who is on call!
Once a week, our sales team convenes to meet leaders in associated industries, learn about the newest innovations and hone their skills. RECO and TREB rules are reviewed, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of the industry. In addition, our monthly Mastermind Sessions focus on various aspects of hands-on Realtor® training, from home inspection walk-throughs to door knocking and agent open house crawls.
